Commerce
The Commerce service provides citizens and businesses with access to the Government's official commercial registration and business administration services. Through this service, eligible applicants may establish business entities, apply for commercial licences, register businesses, obtain Commercial Registration Numbers, and receive Certificates of Incorporation where applicable.
The service also allows users to access official business records, manage applications, and complete required procedures electronically where permitted by law.
Certain business entities, including Sole Proprietorships, may be established entirely online through the portal, while applications for Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, and Corporations are administered by the Ministry of Economy in accordance with the Commerce Code and other applicable legislation.
